COMPANY CAPABILITY:

HOODS - PROVIDED AND INSTALLED

• All hoods are CAPTIVE-AIRE hoods. The hoods are UL listed and NSF approved. They are accepted in every municipality and approved by all Arizona Code requirements. 
• Exhaust Fans are CAPTIVE AIRE commercial rated fans. We deal with direct drive and pulley systems for variable drive systems. Our exhaust fans are nothing but the best at a budgeted price! All curbs are vented for heat dissipation.
•  Make up air/supply air units are all UL listed and NSF approved which meet all codes and required municipality compliances.
• Grease Ducting - We handle all grease ducting in house. We have certified welders on staff and ready to perform.
• Ducting Fire Wrap - All fire wrap is completed in house again! We don't need to out source or sub out to expensive insulation companies. We have certified 3M Fire Wrap personnel on staff and ready to go!
• Fabrication - Stainless steel back splash, cove base and field flashing. We have a complete break press and metal shear in house. Your project is a priority and we do not need to wait for anyone to cut and break material!
• Fire Suppression System - We handle all of the required permits, plans and fire department inspections.

AIR CONDITIONING:

• Complete ducting for "white shell" A/C Systems - We install new air conditioning systems and ducting. All A/C units come with a full warranty.
• Retrofit existing A/C units - We are capable of a complete existing system retro-fit and balance.
• Code required systems - All of our systems come with Code Required Smoke Duct Detector Systems and Audible Fire Alarm Systems.

SERVICE:

• Complete service department - We have a complete A/C service department ready for your service needs.
• Service Contracts - Our service department has a complete maintenance program to meet your needs, from replacing filters bi-monthly or a complete semi-annual 80 item inspection, we can do it and do it right!
• Preventative maintenance program - Our preventative maintenance program is geared towards swamp coolers, exhaust fan systems, A/C units and furnaces. All clients receive expedited response times and discount pricing. All Preventative Maintenance clients will receive 15% off their total bill! (offer valid to clients only)   
• Hood Repairs - We repair grease duct systems, fire suppression systems, any stainless steel needs, retro fit, supply air and exhaust fan units. Our staff members are technically trained to work on variable drive systems and energy management systems.
